Electrical & Instrumentation Technician Your new company Working for a leading manufacturer based in Bury St Edmunds Your new role Supporting process operations and maintenance activities across the site, this role will carry out planned and reactive electrical and instrumentation maintenance. Troubleshooting and practical fault finding on plant, instrumentation and control systems. Testing and commissioning plant in readiness for operating. Reporting of Engineering activities into the site CMMS system, authorising a range of permits where required. Working on a rotating shift pattern with good periods of leave. What you'll need to succeed Electrically qualified HNC/ONC or equivalent, with a track record of technical problem solving, fault diagnosis, maintenance and continuous improvement. Comprehensive technical knowledge gained through large scale complex operational factory experience, understanding hazards and controls.
