The selected candidate will be an individual who has high potential to move into more senior roles over time in either the Real Estate or Corporate Finance functions.

Sr Real Estate Finance Analyst

High visibility position with the primary responsibility of executing financial models and analyzing a complex mix of demographic, competitive, and consumer data that will assist in driving Real Estate decisions including new store openings, store closings, and lease renegotiations. The position will report through the Real Estate organization but will work closely with (and have dotted line reporting to) Corporate Finance.

1. Maintain and run financial models to support Real Estate decision-making

2. Assist in building proformas for individual new and existing stores.

3. Prepare analyses and reports of financial data related to all Real Estate functions.

4. Provide analysis and insight into key drivers of sales, revenue and margin variances to support Real Estate decision-making.

5. Support the annual strategic plan, annual operating plan, and monthly forecast processes.

6. Perform ad hoc projects/analyses for upper management.

7. Work with outside vendors to maintain databases and applications needed to provide information and analysis.

8. Build effective relationships and collaborate with peers, managers and co-workers across all departments.

9. Summarize and present findings and recommendations clearly and succinctly.

Qualifications

1. Minimum two years Financial or Asset Management experience.

2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management, with Master's preferred

3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel.

4. Proven quantitative skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skill

6. Must be able to work independently, be reliable and organized.
