Service Coordinator Northampton Permanent Full Time Hours (Monday to Friday 8am-4.45pm) £(phone number removed) Are you extremely organised and thrive in sorting out problems? Would you like to be part of a small, friendly team where you can be responsible for the after sales & coordinating engineers to organise service visits & maintenance? If this sounds like you, I have the perfect opportunity for you! Duties and responsibilities for the Service Coordinator role include: Dealing with all aspects of aftersales for their existing portfolio of customers. Booking and processing all elements of servicing and repairs. Ensure that you meet the maintenance needs of your customers Raising quotations and obtain costings from suppliers Booking/scheduling engineers diaries Arranging delivery of parts Processing orders and invoices Skills and experience required for the Service Coordinator role: Previous Customer service coordination experience Preferably coordinated engineers Confident with a proactive attitude Good telephone manner Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively React to change quickly Take ownership of tasks and enjoys solving problemsPlease note, due to the high volumes of applications we receive daily, should you not be contacted within 72 hours, your application is unsuccessful.
