Job Description: Administrator/ Office Manager for a Construction Company Requirements Experience with use of Microsoft suite of Applications especially Word and Excel. Description of Position HDG Construction is a well-established and accomplished Construction company, with over 20 years experience in the industry, we are looking for someone to assume the role of administrator to assist with a wide variety of task from filing and taking phone calls to assisting with cost reporting. As a small business the role will be dynamic and will suit someone who is interested in challenging themselves and progressing within the business. The ideal person for this position will be looking for a position which offer them day to day challenges and an opportunity to grow into a position which they can make their own. We welcome experience as an administrator or office manager, but it is important that the applicant is flexible with their duties and looking take part in the day to day working of the business. Tasks: Filing of Correspondence and letters Productions of Cost reports and Labour costs sheets working with Commercial Manager Management of Applications for Payment sheet working with the Commercial team chase outstanding payments Printing of Drawing for Tender and current works and producing contract folders. Management of Sub-contract labour files and Training matrix ensuring that training is up to date, in collaboration with the Contracts Managers. Booking arranging training for Sub-contract labour in collaboration with the Contract Managers
