SKILLS REQUIRED - Previous experience within an administrative role or similar - Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages and SAP - Quick learner - Good attitude to work - Highly organised RESPONSIBILITIES - Processing customer orders - Handling quotations and invoices - Ensure products are despatched and arrive to customers in a timely manner - Updating customers' accounts - Ensure accurate specifications are updated and maintained on the system - Answering calls and transferring when necessary - Responding to emails and any queries ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - 20 days' annual leave + bank holidays - Parking on-site - Immediate start dates available
