POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our client, a world-leading healthcare business. The role is initially a 12 month contract with the potential for a permanent role with the wider business. The role offers partial-remote working and you will be required to work from the office based in Ilkley one day a week. Working under the Marketing Manager within an established team, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital media including email campaigns, social media, inbound content workflows and brochures. The Role: We are looking for someone with an interest in digital marketing, Facebook, Instagram with the ability to create highly engaging content. Campaigns must deliver high ROI, creating and nurturing leads for our sales team using Salesforce. This person must be able to generate ideas and opportunities, be self-motivated and able to work with others to help drive urgency and work to tight deadlines. Proactive, assertive, and able to work within a team. A good communicator with a collaborative approach. Job Responsibilities: Working in CRM platform executing and driving email campaigns, digital workflows and social media scheduling Create and nurture qualified leads through call to action, landing pages and help with conversions Customer journeys through a variety of brands mainly B2B approach but with some B2C requirements Imaginative content creation, fact checking and research, including the ability to write content and proofread. Ability to analyse campaigns and report on ROI Digital/ traditional brochure creation Wordpress knowledge to navigate and update web marketing content Work with design studio producing clear briefs and setting deadlines Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans. Deliver reports on research findings through written document and verbal presentations Knowledge of CANVA is advantageous but not essential Work to company set KPIS, and team targets.
