Our client is well regarded and successful business with a national presence. They are currently investing heavily in their HR and L&D Functions in order to improve their people and management capabilities. This is a key role to be able to deliver that project successfully

Responsibilities will include

Building relationships with key operational stakeholders to enable you to understand individual, team and corporate learning needs and deliver against them.
Improving, developing and delivering a wide range of management & leadership development solutions
Supporting the people strategy to improve management capabilities by coaching and supporting key operational managers.
Working alongside the L&D Manager to modernise L&D strategy, process and material.

We are looking for a high performing, self motivated and organised individual with proven experience as an L&D Business Partner. In addition you will need

Understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy
Experience of designing and delivering management learning
Confidence working with LMS and blended / e-learning solutions.

It is expected that you have good L&D qualifications and proof that you have an interest in your own Continuous Professional Development. You will also need regional experience and exposure to a fast paced commercial environment.

Initially a 12 month fixed term contract we are recruiting as if it were permanent. The role will require travel across the country however you will have control over your own diary. Whilst there will be plenty of scope for hybrid working it does makes most sense to be based close to their Birmingham Head Office.

Salary - £40-£45,000 + Car (or allowance) & Benefits.
