I am excited to be working with a unique client in their search for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their business and provide full administrative support to self employed financial adviser's from the comfort of your own home. Daily tasks shall vary depending on the adviser however as an experienced administrator you shall be required to have a sound knowledge of the market and be confident completing the following tasks; Submitting new business applications and tracking through to completion Sending out LOA's and chasing change of agency request. Obtain valuations, illustrations and navigate various investment platforms Acting as a first point of contact for advisers clients, sending professional written correspondence Diary management, arranging and coordinating meetings to include refreshments Take accurate meeting notes and record on adviser database To be considered, applicants should have 3 years min experience providing direct IFA support in a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm. You will be a self started who is extremely organised and able to build strong professional relationships. Exposure to a range of investment platforms and back office systems to include Intelligent office desired. In return, my client offer a flexible way of working where you can choose to work 30hrs + over a 5 day week and be paid base on hours worked.
