Our global law firm client is seeking an HR Operations Assistant to join their friendly HR team in their prestigious London offices.

The role will provide administrative support for the HR Operations team to ensure excellence and best practice on all operational processes, procedures, and HR Policies.

Duties involve assisting with day-to-day administration processes for developing, maintaining & implementing best practice HR policies, assist with coordination of HR responses to pitches, annual insurance renewals and client audits and you will work closely with the HR Operations Advisor and HR teams to ensure the suite of template documentation, check-lists and supporting documentation etc are kept up to date and fit for purpose.

We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with ability to communicate at all levels and experience using of MS office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
