HR Onboarding Administrator Hours: 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri) 35hrs p/w Location: Leicester (Remote: WFH & 2 twice a month onsite) Salary: £20 p/h Contract: 12-month contract Our client is looking for an analytical, intuitive individual with a detailed eye to join them on a sector within their HR team. You will be tasked with providing quality advice, guidance, and administration to meet the requirements of the HR Operations Team within the client's business as well as oncoming customers all the while ensuring that all procedures and policies are being adhered to. In this role you will act as the first point of contact to customers, taking initiative, being pro-active in dealing and queries with candidates, escalating to other HR areas of expertise for all other queries that cannot be resolved. Some of the things you will be tasked with are: Providing excellent customer service to managers, employees, and colleagues in all areas of the business. Assist external candidates new to the bank. Processing task and actions in accordance with service standards and HR Operations procedures in accordance with HM UK Government, FCA & PRA guidelines. Communicating clearly and concisely, providing accurate and timely information to the customers. Completing all relevant checklists to ensure HR Operations procedures are complete. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume and process led role. Strong experience in HR and ability to handle HR related queries. Strong ability to process administrative tasks and processes. Knowledge and understanding of GDPR practices. Strong knowledge and use of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Service Cloud Packages. Familiar with 'Agile' working practices. Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
