Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator on a hybrid basis to work for a manufacturer and global distributor who have an office in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. As a HR Coordinator you will be working closely with the HR Team, leading on all administrative tasks within the HR function and be able to liaise with colleagues at all levels. The Role: To actively be involved all areas of HR administration Co-ordinating new starter / leaver administration, obtaining recruitment approval, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews Accurate and timely production of monthly payroll amendments, letters to employees, reports, offer letters, contracts, producing new starter paperwork, monthly company car reports, annual leave status reports To support the HR Team with all related HR administration Assist the MD with expenses and adhoc admin from time to time. The Person: Experience of working within HR and providing support to staff in relation to recruitment, payroll administration and terms and conditions of employment Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal A high level of confidentiality Professional manner and able to deal with people at all levels within the organisation This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000 + attractive company benefits.
