You will deal with claims from first notification of loss through to settlement, where you'll have the autonomy to act as the claim owner and decision maker, working alongside suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to identify the best solution to support the customer and resolve their claim.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest technical quality and customer satisfaction. You will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and disciplined.
- Experience of handling property handling claims from instruction to conclusion (Household or Commercial Property)
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, conscientious and able to work under your own initiative
- Ideally have or be progressing with Cert CII OR Cert CILA qualifications
This role benefits from flexible working arrangements, where you will be primarily home based and attached to a regional office after an initial training period.
