Customer Service Executive Newcastle Under Lyme £20,000 - £21,000 Do you work within the financial industry and have knowledge of finance agreements? Are you looking for a company you can progress with and develop your skills? I am currently working with a client based in Newcastle Under Lyme who are seeing tremendous growth within the business and as such are expanding their customer service team. Working within the financial sector offering market leading finance solutions on retail purchases, the customer service team are at the heart of the business As Customer Service Executive you will be working on a live chat function, handling multiple customer service queries at any one time so attention to detail is a must. You will be responsible for Amending live orders Advising customers on the product Arranging refunds where required Order administration including updating customer accounts Investigation any customer queries or complaints raised. In order to be successful in this role previous experience in a live chat environment is essential along with knowledge of the financial industry. Have fantastic numeracy skills as well as proficient IT skills.
