We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to start asap.
This role will be offering hybrid working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday on a fixed term contract until October 2023 but potential for an extension.
Have a good educational background and be confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals
Experience of, or strong skills in IT, data entry, spreadsheets, databases, process orientated work and working to targets.
Have a high level of attention to detail and an ability to maintain accuracy whilst working under pressure
Ideally a call centre background and/or excellent customer service skills.
Be able to work on own initiative, prioritising your own workload and work with minimal supervision
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Have good time management skills with the ability to balance the conflicting demands, work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Be prepared to work out of normal office hours on occasion and with notice e.g. to support events.
