Our client are one of the UKs premier mortgage brokerages, who look after hundreds of major introducers and thousands of mortgage customers across the UK.
An opportunity has arisen for someone who is driven and articulate for join their growing customer services team. Based 2 days from their London office and 3 days from home, you'd be responsible for contacting their customer base and arranging a review on their current mortgage. There's no selling and no cold calling, every person you call is a current customer who has already used their service.
You'll need to be a good communicator, and have a great telephone manner.

The base salary is between £21,000- £25,000 with a further £4,000 available through the bonus scheme
