We have an exciting new opportunity for a Change Management to join our team, ideally based in Manchester although we will also consider any of our UK office locations. In this role you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, auditing and training on aspects of systems across the division, including the Quality Management System (QMS), and Quality Control Management System (QCMS). Working across the business you will enhance technology that solves business problems, to deliver successful outcomes and support the culture of right first time . This is a permanent term staff position with NG Bailey. Key deliverables in this role are: Comply with health and safety processes to ensure that the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout all activities undertaken Have an excellent understanding of modern technology i.e. Windows 10 operating system, Android mobile operating system, Microsoft365, Excel based functionality and formulae and websites. Develop and maintain systems and ensure that they remain up to date and accessible to the project and functions within the division. Prepare, issue and maintain guidance and documentation on the correct use of the systems. Lead relationships with software developers and be enthusiastic to influence adoption across internal stakeholders, adapting engagement style to suit varying ability Undertake regular visits to all offices, site locations, supply chain partners and clients as required to deliver training, assess compliance, and promote use. Undertake regular audits of systems under ownership to determine compliance and correct use. Identify and communicate the required actions to the project teams/managers. Collate data for systems and analyse to determine areas of risk that require improvement through training and awareness. Prepare monthly reports as required and issue progress reports. Work with the divisional quality manager to ensure that these are acted on by project delivery teams. Maintain a planned and targeted QCMS training programme for all divisions across offices and sites, and to all levels. Train and mentor colleagues to ensure they have a clear understanding of the QCMS system, including SnagR. Work in collaboration with learning and development, take responsibility for management, implementation and evaluation of e-learning modules for central engineering and business performance team. Report metrics and trends across the engineering division to ensure issues are communicated and acted upon, in addition to communicating lessons learnt and best practice.
