Office Apprentice Required! After the success of our 1st Apprentice we are now looking to recruit another. This position is to join the the team and learn the recruitment process with a long term view of a career in recruitment. The role requires someone who is methodical and has a great eye attention for detail. Some web/analytics experience would be beneficial but not necessary. This position will require a great deal of speaking to candidates and clients on the phone. The ideal apprentice will be confident on the phone and have great communication skills. The job includes:- CV searching Speaking to candidates and Clients Helping with payroll Assisting the Consultant on the desk Social Media posting Networking Reference checking Sending out documents and client confirmations Interviewing candidates. This position will grow as the right person takes on more responsibilities. We will be working with local colleges to secure on the job learning and gaining the chosen qualifications
