We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant required to work alongside the Accounts Manager. Experience of Xero preferred, however full training can be provided. Responsibilities Monitor and process all emails sent to the Accounts email address; Process and log all incoming invoices / employee expenses etc on Xero accounting system; Reconcile the bank account on Xero with payments in and out on a daily basis; Deal with all invoice queries from customers; Chase payment of outstanding invoices; Assist Operations Director with invoicing clients File all related paperwork; set up and run projects and ensure all paperwork is kept together Additional information The role will be for 25-30 hours per week Full training will be given We are a family run business 6 months probation period The role can be quite busy and demanding so the applicant must be: Organised Able to work as part of a team Able to take direction from Manager Pro-active and able to take the lead where required
